Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who understands how brands grow in 2026 across content, social, email, search, and performance channels. You’ll be hands-on, creative, and analytical, with the ability to move between strategy and execution.
This is not a “post-and-pray” role. We’re looking for someone who understands why things work, not just how to publish them.
Responsibilities
Content & Brand Marketing
- Lead Cubic Agency’s digital content efforts (website, blog, landing pages, social)
- Create and manage content for client brands across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and strategists to align messaging and campaigns
- Maintain brand voice consistency across channels
Social Media (2025 Stack)
- Manage and grow social channels including:
- TikTok
- X (Twitter)
- YouTube Shorts (as applicable)
- Plan, create, and publish short-form video and static content
- Monitor trends and adapt content formats quickly
- Engage with audiences and track performance
Email & CRM
- Implement and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, automations, lead nurturing)
- Segment audiences and optimize for engagement and conversions
- Track performance and iterate based on data
SEO & Web
- Manage website content updates, on-page SEO, and blog publishing
- Work with developers on landing pages, CRO improvements, and analytics setup
- Monitor organic performance and keyword opportunities
Performance & Analytics
- Track and report on key marketing metrics (traffic, engagement, leads, conversions)
- Assist with paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) as needed
- Use data to inform content and channel decisions
Internal & Support
- Assist with the promotion of open positions and employer branding
- Support campaigns, launches, and occasional events or partnerships
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing
- Comfortable creating and managing content across social, email, and web
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
- Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with modern marketing tools and platforms
Tools & Platforms (Experience With Some Is Expected)
- Social platforms: Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X
- Email platforms (Mailchimp, Twilio SendGrid, HubSpot, or similar)
- Google Analytics / GA4
- CMS platforms (WordPress, or similar)
Nice to Have (Not Deal Breakers)
- Basic video editing (Edits app, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
- Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Basic HTML (emails, light web edits)
- Experience working with agencies or multiple client accounts
- Familiarity with AI tools for content, ideation, or optimization
