Caregivers and family members can refer new patients.
Wireframes
Clickable wireframes are a key component to our web development process. In the discovery and define stage we develop lo-fi and hi-fi wireframes before designing anything.
02/ Product Design and Illustrations
Design
Once the hi-fi wireframes were approved, we turned our prototype into a pixel perfect design.
Illustrations
The healtchare onboarding process is complex, and at times patients hardly understand it.
So we decided to develop a series of custom illustrations and infographics to depict the “how it works” process for patients, caregivers, payers and partners.
02/ Custom WordPress Theme Development
It was also important for the client to be able to manage the website post-launch. The previous website did not have a CRM so every time they wanted to change something, even as little as copy, they had to go back to the developers.
Since this was a presentation website and a blog, WordPress was the natural choice. Built upon a custom framework, each page is split in elements that are 100% customizable without much WordPress knowledge and without having to know any HTML.
